How do you determine which package is right for me?
It comes down to your monthly ad spend and business goals. If you’re a local business looking for leads, Basic is perfect. If you’re an e-commerce brand scaling nationwide, our Growth or Enterprise tiers offer the multi-channel depth you need.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. For new accounts, we charge a one-time setup fee starting at $950. This covers the heavy lifting: tracking pixel installation (GA4/GTM), competitor research, account architecture, and initial creative strategy.
How long does it take to see results?
While ads go live almost instantly, the “learning phase” for AI algorithms typically takes 2-4 weeks. You’ll see traffic immediately, but peak ROI usually stabilises between months 2 and 3 as we optimise data.
Does the management fee include my ad spend?
No. The management fee is paid to Grendesign for our expertise in ad management and optimisation. Your ad spend is paid directly to the platform (Google/Meta) via your own credit card so you maintain full ownership of your data.
Can I change my ad spend mid-month?
Absolutely. We are agile. If you have a seasonal promotion or a flash sale, we can scale your budget up or down with 24 hours’ notice.
What happens if I exceed my package’s spend limit?
If your business grows and you want to invest more than your current tier allows, we simply move you to the next tier to ensure you get the increased level of management and reporting required for higher spends.
Are there any hidden costs?
None. Our pricing is transparent. The only variables are your optional “Add-on Platform” fees and any external costs for high-end video production if required.
How do I know my ads are actually working?
We don’t just report on “clicks.” We track conversions, sales, phone calls, and form finishes. You’ll receive a custom report showing data and conversions for each month.
Do you guarantee a specific ROAS or Lead Count?
In advertising, anyone guaranteeing a specific number is usually someone to avoid. However, we guarantee proactive management. We use industry benchmarks and your historical data to set aggressive, realistic KPIs.
How often will we communicate?
At a minimum, you’ll receive a detailed monthly performance breakdown. For Growth and Pro clients, we hold fortnightly or weekly syncs to discuss strategy and market shifts depending on your goals and budget.
Who owns the ad accounts and creative assets?
You do. We believe in “clean” and “trust based” partnerships. If we ever part ways, you keep your accounts, your data, and the creative we built for you.
Do you handle the ad creative (images/copy)?
Yes. Every package includes professional ad copywriting and basic design. For high-tier clients, we also provide guidance on video scripts and landing page optimisation.
What is ``Full-Funnel Attribution``?
It’s a way of tracking a customer’s entire journey. Someone might click a Google Ad today but not buy until they see a remarketing ad on Instagram a week later. We track that entire path so you know exactly where your money is working.
What is an ``Add-on Platform`` fee?
If you are on the Basic plan (Google Ads) but want to test TikTok or another Ad platform, we charge a flat add-on fee to cover the additional strategy, creative, and daily management required for that specific platform.
Do you help with landing page design?
An ad is only as good as the page it lands on. We provide conversion rate optimization (CRO) feedback on your existing pages, and we can build high-performing custom landing pages as an additional service.
Are there long-term contracts?
We prefer to earn your business every month. We offer month-to-month agreements with a 30-day notice period. We want you to stay because of the results, not a legal tie-in.
