Has your business outgrown its design?

A dated logo. Materials that don’t match. Presentations your team keeps rebuilding.

When design is patched together, presenting your business well takes more work than it should.

We make your message easier to understand and your materials look like they belong to the same business, whether a client finds you online, opens a brochure or walks past your shop.
Ongoing graphic design support for your team.
Give recurring design work a clear plan, a consistent visual standard and one place to brief the next priority. We can support an internal marketing team or coordinate the agreed design production for your organisation.
A connected set of business materials
Plan capability statements, proposals, presentations, reports and campaign assets around the same brand guidelines. Agree the audiences, formats, source content and approval stages before production begins.
A practical production rhythm
Prioritise upcoming work against your calendar, then agree the design allowance, review stages and deadlines. Your proposal sets the scope, file handover and process for additional work, so the relationship has a clear working brief.

How your project comes together

1 Tell us what you need
Share what you’re making, who it’s for and where it will be used. Include your deadline and any existing artwork.
2 Review your quote
We define the scope and deliverables. You can ask questions and adjust the brief before we begin.
3 Work through the design
We develop the design, talk through the thinking and work through your feedback.
4 Get it ready to use
Once approved, we prepare the agreed files. If you need printing, we can coordinate that and delivery too.
What do you need designed?
Tell us what you need designed, your target date and your available budget. We’ll confirm the scope and prepare your quote.
Questions before you start
How much do your graphic design services cost?
The price depends on the work, content and formats involved. We’ll give you an itemised quote. Where useful, we can compare two or three options, such as printing 300 or 500 copies.
Can I book a small, one-off design job?
Yes. You can come to us for a single piece, a new brand identity or a larger set of materials. We’ll scope the work around what you need.
Can you work with our existing branding?
Yes. Send us your logo, brand guidelines and any existing materials. We can design new pieces that fit your brand or discuss what needs updating.
Do I need a logo or a full brand identity?
A logo gives your business a recognisable mark. A brand identity also defines colours, typography and supporting graphics. What you need depends on how widely you’ll use the design.
What should I send when requesting a quote?
Start with the design work you need, your target date and your available budget. Then add who it’s for, where it will be used and any existing artwork or content. A rough brief is fine.
How long will my design project take?
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness and review process. Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We’ll confirm a suitable schedule once we understand the work.
Can I revise the scope before approving the quote?
Yes. Tell us what you’d like to add, remove or change. We’ll update the scope and quote for you to review before approval.
Can I give feedback and request design changes?
Yes. You’ll review the design and share feedback before the final artwork is prepared. Your quote will explain how artwork revisions are handled.
Can you arrange printing and delivery?
Yes. Grendesign coordinates design, partner printing and delivery across Australia, giving you one point of contact. Printing and delivery are quoted separately from design.
What files will I receive?
We’ll agree on the files you need for print, digital or both. If your team needs editable templates or source files, mention this in your brief so we can confirm what’s included.
Do you work with businesses outside the Mornington Peninsula?
Yes. We work with businesses in Melbourne, Sydney and across Australia. You can share your brief, review designs and give feedback remotely.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit for the design work is required before design begins. Printing and delivery costs are quoted separately.
Design materials that support a considered buying decision.
Grendesign is a graphic design agency for professional, specialist and established organisations that need a clear, consistent way to explain their work. A capability statement, proposal presentation, annual report or service brochure should help its reader understand the organisation and make the next decision.
We can plan those materials as a connected set, using approved brand guidelines and the information your team already holds. Consider who will read each piece, which details need specialist review and where editable templates will help your team maintain it. Corporate communication, sales material and digital assets often share content while serving different audiences.
Bring your current materials, upcoming priorities and approval process to the brief. We can scope a defined project or discuss ongoing design support around a recurring production calendar. The agreed deliverables, review stages and production requirements give the work a clear boundary and a useful place in your wider marketing plan.
