A brand your sales team can actually sell with.
Grendesign is a branding agency with a team working from Mornington and Sydney. We build brand strategy, naming, identity systems and the sales material that carries them, for organisations whose brand now has to work harder than the founder’s pitch. Most projects run 8 to 16 weeks, start with a workshop, and finish with files and rules your team can use.
For established businesses rebranding after growth, a merger or a new market.

- Strategy, identity and rollout from one team
Your business grew. Your brand didn’t.
It happens to most companies that do well. The logo was fine at ten staff. At sixty, the website says one thing, the proposals say another, and every new hire explains the business differently. Larger clients notice before you do.
You lose tenders on presentation
Procurement panels compare five agencies’ documents side by side. Inconsistent ones look riskier, even when your work is better.
You compete on price
If prospects can’t see why you’re different, the only thing left to compare is the quote.
Every campaign starts from scratch
No system means each brochure, ad and slide deck gets reinvented, slower and dearer each time.
What a Grendesign rebrand includes
You don’t get a logo and a goodbye. You get the thinking, the identity and the pieces people actually use.
Positioning workshop
Half a day with your leadership team. We leave with one sentence everyone agrees describes why clients choose you.
Brand strategy
Audience, competitors, proof points and messaging hierarchy, written as a short document people will read.
Naming, when needed
Shortlists checked against domains, ASIC and IP Australia before you fall in love with one.
Identity system
Logo suite, colour, type, imagery, icons and layout rules that survive a junior designer and a busy month.
Sales and tender material
Capability statements, proposal templates, presentation decks and case-study layouts. The places your brand wins or loses work.
Rollout and guidelines
Signage, digital, templates and a guide your marketing team and suppliers can follow without calling us.
How it runs, week by week
One named lead, fixed checkpoints and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Questions we get asked
How much does a rebrand cost in Australia?
For a mid-sized business, a full rebrand with strategy, identity and rollout usually costs well into five figures, and more when naming, signage or several divisions are involved. We give you a written scope and quote after a 30-minute call, so you know the number before anything starts.
How long does a rebrand take?
Most take 8 to 16 weeks. The biggest variable is how fast decisions get made on your side, so we agree approvers and dates in week one.
What’s the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is one mark. An identity is the system around it: colour, type, imagery, tone and layout rules, so every document looks like it came from the same organisation.
Do you work with businesses in Sydney and Melbourne?
Yes. Our team works from Mornington and Sydney. Workshops run at your office or online, wherever your team is in Australia.
Will we lose the recognition we’ve already built?
Not if it’s handled well. We audit what people already recognise, keep what’s working and change what’s holding you back. Sometimes that’s an evolution, not a new logo.
Who owns the files and intellectual property?
You do, once the project is paid. You get the master files, fonts licensing advice and the guidelines.
Can you roll the brand out across our website and marketing?
Yes. We also design and build websites, sales material and campaigns, so the rollout doesn’t get lost between suppliers.
Do you check trademarks and domain names?
We run early checks on domains, ASIC business names and the IP Australia database, then recommend you get a trade mark attorney’s formal advice before launch.
How involved does our team need to be?
Plan on a half-day workshop, two or three one-hour reviews and a named person who can approve. That’s usually enough.
What if we don’t like the first designs?
You’ll see two routes, each shown on real examples. Most clients pick one and refine it. If neither lands, we go back to the strategy and find out why before drawing again.
