We’re currently looking for a Graphic & Web Designer 

 

Full-Time (37.5 hrs) Preferred, Part-Time Considered (Minimum 3 Days/Week)

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. If you have exceptional design skills, a strong understanding of typography and layouts, and enjoy working directly with clients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full-time position, but we are open to part-time (minimum 3 days/week) for the right candidate. We also offer a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-studio and remote work.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload, and confidently handle client communication, troubleshooting, and project management. You’ll need to be highly organised, creative, and adaptable, working across both print and digital design while managing projects from start to finish.

key responsibilities

Graphic & Print Design:

  • Branding & logo design
  • Print design, including brochures, signage, business cards, and large-format materials
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining marketing collateral
  • Stationery design – letterheads, PowerPoint templates, and presentation decks
  • Managing the print production process and liaising with suppliers 

Website Design & Development:

  • Designing and developing WordPress & WooCommerce websites
  • Managing website updates, backups, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Collaborating with clients to bring their digital vision to life
  • Troubleshooting website-related issues and providing independent solutions

Project Management & Client Coordination:

  • Managing incoming design and website project inquiries
  • Preparing quotes and proposals based on client needs
  • Scheduling and overseeing project timelines and deadlines
  • Handling client communication – phone calls, emails, meetings, and check-ins
  • Taking ownership of projects and ensuring smooth delivery with minimal supervision
  • Collaborating with freelancers when necessary

Marketing & Content Support:

  • Assisting with client social media content creation and scheduling
  • Creating and managing social media content, planning, and EDMs
  • Google Ads management (if skilled)

  • Creating new brands including logos, style guides, and client briefings
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, press advertising, digital advertising, social media, flyers, and signage
  • Creating stationery such as letterheads, PowerPoint presentation templates, and business cards
  • Client meetings and project management
  • Managing our print department and projects
  • Assisting/managing marketing projects
  • Participate in team meetings/training
