Generative engine optimisation agency
Grendesign helps Australian businesses improve the information available about their services in AI search. Our GEO work brings together search foundations, clear business facts, useful content and dated visibility reviews, so you can make practical decisions about what needs attention.
Start with the services and buying questions that matter to your business. We agree the pages, evidence and review work before recommending changes.

Give people and search systems a clear picture of your offer.
An AI-generated recommendation is only useful when it describes the right business and service. Vague pages, conflicting details and unsupported claims give someone less reliable information to assess.
We review what your website actually says, the evidence behind it and how it connects with relevant public business information. The aim is a more useful source: who you help, what you provide, where you work and what supports the claims.
Turn a visibility concern into defined work.
Record the starting point
Agree a sample of buyer questions and the experiences to review. Record the date, wording, observed response and cited URLs, distinguishing an actual citation from an uncited brand mention.
Check the source material
Review priority pages for clear service detail, business consistency and accessible supporting evidence. Identify missing information, competing pages and technical questions that need further checking.
Set the next content priorities
Choose useful page improvements around customer decisions. That could mean a clearer service explanation, original project detail, an answer to a recurring question or a better route to supporting material.
Keep the search foundations working.
GEO sits alongside our SEO services. We assess discovery and indexing questions before assuming a new article is the answer. Important information should be readable on the page and connected through useful internal links.
Google's generative AI search guide keeps SEO foundations central. We check applicable access and inclusion controls within the agreed review, alongside accurate content and relevant evidence.
Use evidence your business can stand behind.
Bring project records, subject expertise, approved examples and accurate service details. We help turn those materials into information a prospective customer can use. A clear account of your role is more useful than an unsupported claim of being the best.
Existing directories and public profiles may also need factual corrections. We identify the relevant gaps and agree responsibilities. Outreach, new listings, external publication and paid placements require their own scope; they are not implied by a content review.
Read citation activity and customer response separately.
An agreed review can show which sources appeared for the sampled questions. Where access is available, Bing's AI Performance report adds aggregated citation observations, while Google's Generative AI performance report shows supported impression data. Neither is a count of qualified enquiries.
We record completed changes and review available search and website data alongside those observations. Your proposal defines the question sample, platforms, cadence and reporting. That keeps a useful baseline separate from claims about every AI answer.
See the website and content work in context.
Read our Watkins Therapy Group website and search case study. It describes connected website, search and content work. We discuss the actual project and what is relevant to your brief, rather than treating one project's outcome as a forecast.
Support for your service area.
We work primarily remotely across Australia, with our team distributed across Victoria and New South Wales. Explore the wider support for your area, including Perth and statewide WA coverage.
Questions about generative engine optimisation.
What does a GEO agency actually do?
We scope a review of AI-search observations, website information and supporting evidence, then agree improvements. The work can include clearer service pages, original content, business-detail checks and reporting on a defined sample of questions.
Can you guarantee a citation in ChatGPT or another AI tool?
No. We can improve the source material and review observed visibility, but each provider decides which sources appear. The agreed work and its completion are measurable; a particular future recommendation remains outside our control.
Do we need special AI schema?
Google does not require special AI markup for its AI search features. Relevant structured data should accurately describe visible content. We assess applicable existing markup within the technical scope.
How is the GEO cost worked out?
It depends on the pages, research, content production and reporting agreed. Your proposal identifies the review sample, deliverables and any technical work, tools or third-party costs. Existing SEO work can be considered in the same plan.
Start with what customers need to know about you.
Tell us which services matter and where you want clearer visibility. We will help define a useful review and the work that can follow.
