we’re trialing the 4 day work week
As the world evolves, so do our approaches to work and productivity. At Grendesign, we believe in staying ahead of the curve to better serve you and provide an environment where our team can thrive. With this commitment in mind, we are excited to announce a new venture in the coming year: the implementation of a 4-day work week starting in 2024.
Here’s why we’re trying something new
one
rethinking work-life balance
Our decision to transition to a 4-day work week is rooted in our dedication to fostering a healthy work-life balance for our team. Recognising the value of time away from work to recharge and pursue personal endeavours, we believe this shift will not only enhance the well-being of our team but also contribute to a more inspired and creative work environment.
TWO
new business hours: monday to thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Starting from 15th January 2024, our business hours will be Monday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. This adjustment allows us to maintain a consistent schedule while affording our team an extended weekend to rest, recharge, and return to work with renewed energy.
THREE
emergency system for urgent matters
Rest assured, your projects and inquiries remain our top priority. To ensure seamless communication and assistance, we will implement an emergency system to address any urgent matters that may arise outside of our standard business hours. Our team will be equipped to handle and resolve critical issues promptly, providing you with the support you need when it matters most.
FOUR
enhancing efficiency and creativity
This innovative approach aligns with our values of adaptability and continuous improvement. By exploring new ways of working, we aim to enhance our team’s efficiency and creativity, ultimately delivering an even higher level of service and excellence to you, our valued clients.
FIVE
your feedback matters
At Grendesign, we are dedicated to creating a work environment that not only meets the needs of our team but also exceeds the expectations of our clients. We are confident that this shift to a 4-day work week will contribute to a more balanced, energised, and innovative approach to serving you.
thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
we look forward to the positive changes this new chapter will bring.
