Peninsula Summer Music Festival branding
The Peninsula Summer Music Festival came to us to refresh their look and feel of their marketing collateral for this wonderful event on the Mornington Peninsula that happens yearly in January. The festival is a wonderful mix of world-class music, food and wine in the unique spaces across the Peninsula and Merryn wanted the branding to reflect this.
The marketing posters use the cornflower blue of their newly created branding to great effect, giving theses a coastal summery feel. This use of colour and imagery of a violin give the posters a relaxed feel whilst highlighting the type the music this festival showcases.
An integral part of any festival is the sponsors and they are highlighted here without overpowering the posters in a clean white space against the blue. This ensures the rest of the information is easily viewed and absorbed.

One of the Summer Music festivals integral marketing tools is their program which highlights all of the venues and the various musical talents that are happening over the two weeks. This program contains a large amount of information including a summary of each artist and venue alongside striking images. The information is separated out using the various blues from the branding and crisp clean white blocks to ensure that the program itself is not overwhelming.
The letterhead is simple in structure utilising the coastal feel of the branding blue to create a focal point to the side with the contact information running below to bring in a border. A clean and fresh feel achieved!
