The Directors of MP Experience, brother and sister team Max and Danielle, grew up on the Mornington Peninsula. Max owns the award-winning and pioneering Max’s Restaurant at Red Hill Estate and Danielle has years of experience in winery touring. They approached us to create a website that reflected their ability to transfer their extensive knowledge into amazing tours of the Peninsula.
The brief was to be clean and fresh and most importantly abundant with appealing and stunning images of the area. The strong images give a great connection to the experiences their clients will have on the tours.

Skills Website Design
MP Experience showcases a large number of tours across a lot of different areas and with this much information it became crucial to present this in an uncluttered way. We created a layout that allows for this large amount of material to be bite sized so the users are not overwhelmed. Each sector of the tours is separated by a full-width key feature image with the logo to add to the story as the user scrolls down. We have used a simple navigation bar which appears as you scroll so the user can jump to any section they would like to see on the page.
The header font links to the name in MP Experience’s logo whilst the body text is in a modern and easy to read sans-serif font creating a really nice balance throughout this website.

When potential clients are perusing the website it is paramount that booking directly from each tour information thumbnail be a straightforward and simple process. We made this a smooth transition by adding the ‘Start Booking Now’ to each tour so the client doesn’t’ have to leave the detailed description of the tour to go ahead and book in.
In designing MP Experience Website the images had to portray a feeling of being on the tour and give the users the feel of excitement when booking a tour to look forward to! We used thumbnails of each tour on a white background to give an insight into each one teamed with the tour content. The images we used throughout give the website a professional and clean feel in keeping with the clients brief. The images are reflective of each tour and experience and demonstrate the range they provide beautifully from truffles to transport!
When a potential client is perusing the website and is looking to spend quality time with MP Experience they like to know more about the tour operators. We wanted to convey how much Danielle and Max enjoy sharing their knowledge with you on their private small group tours. We have included Danielle is several images throughout the website and this brings a personal feel that the client will be well cared for indeed.
