Set in picturesque Red Hill, surrounded by acres of stunning vineyards, Mont Rouge approached us wanting a website refresh that also included the expansion of their offering.
Our task set was to create a website design incorporating all arms of the business from the winery and dining while also integrating an online shop for their wines and onsite chocolaterie, Cocoa Rouge.
Beautiful imagery was supplied making the look and feel of the site inviting and enticing. A single page website for the main content, areas are anchor linked taking the customer to the different offerings making it easy to access each section of the website.
The online shop integrates beautifully with the rest of the website making the user experience enjoyable and simple to use.

Simplicity was key for this site, there are so many facets the site needed to cover that the best way of achieving a visually pleasing site was to keep things simple.

On the homepage for ease of navigation we linked the text to the sections so it automatically scrolls down to the area you’re interested in viewing.
interesting use of images
We utilised a grid layout for this site to highlight the produce but also have relevant information displayed beside the hero image.
online store
We integrated an online store for both the Mont Rouge wines and the Cocoa Rouge chocolates.
A clean design was created making both the shopping experience and the backend product management easy for both our client and their customers.
A shop landing page separates the two offerings and allows the user to access either the wines or chocolate stores.
The products have a toggle function allowing the user to choose between sizes of the products which automatically updates the price field. Product Description and allergy information has also been considered with its own seperate area highlighting all the information about the product.
The handmade estate grown wines also have the added feature on the shop of the quantity remaining of individual bottles in a batch.
When purchasing as a gift, we integrated an area where you can even leave a personalised message for the recipient to add your own personal touch.
