Farrells Bookshop Branding Design

logo design process
Farrell’s Bookshop in Mornington is a Peninsula icon and a destination for all things books! We were excited when Suzie approached us to refine their logo and marketing materials. To be involved in the branding refresh of this popular business was a true pleasure!
The concept presented to the client was bold, playful and eye-catching which appeals to a broad range of ages, while still being gender neutral. A number of ideas from the original logo and initial concepts we designed were combined to create the final mark. This organic logo development is a lovely journey of ideas that sometimes happens with clients to create the best possible outcome for the business.

business card design
When designing the business cards we took the icon feel and look closer to that of a book. A great mix of modern whilst still keeping traditional elements. The recycled paper feel across the business cards and stationary gives a natural earthy feel to these elements.

stationery design
With Compliments Slip | Envelope | Gift Vouchers | Bookmarks
Once again we have kept the black and white colour pallet, with the secondary kraft paper element. This logo is also a stand out in black and white on various stationery. The bookmarks are a great marketing feature to be handed out in store for the customers to colour in and have fun with!
